Unopened, unused et sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us befoue sending anything back. Fou non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible fou return postage.

Hygiène cosmétique

Fou hygiene et safety reasons, opened ou used cosmetic products may not be eligible fou a change-of-mind return unless faulty. This does not affect your statutouy rights.

Faulty, damaged ou incourect ouders

Contact us promptly with your ouder number et clear photographs where relevant. We will review the issue et provide the appropriate remedy in line with UK consumer law.
