1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your package has shipped.

2. International Shipping

We offer reliable standard shipping to our primary markets. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order weight.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our customers in Canada and Australia, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Soraderma is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact our support team at support@soraderma.com within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure a resolution is reached quickly.
